Registration

On-site registration will be open during the following times:

  • 12:00 - 5:00 pm on Monday, August 16.
  • 7:00 am - 6:00 pm on Tuesday, August 17.
  • 7:00 am - 4:50 pm on Wednesday, August 18.

In-Person Conference registration includes:  

  • Access to the general session and exhibit hall.
  • Continental breakfasts, breaks, and lunches.
  • Reception on August 17.
  • Post-event speaker proceedings (if releasable by speaker)

Please note, that if you would like to have access to conference recordings for 30 days post conference, upgrade your in-person registration to a COMBO for an additional $25.

The following questions will be asked during your registration:
  • For in-person attendees, please sign up for a badge pick up time (a signup genius link will be provided). Please note, to encourage social distancing, you are asked to only pick up your badge during your time slot.
  • If you are registering as an in-person attendee, you will be asked to read and sign a waiver regarding NDIA's policy on the COVID-19 pandemic and distribution of video recording. 

Virtual Conference registration includes:  

  • Access to both general session.
  • Post-event speaker proceedings (if releasable by speaker) and access to the conference recording 30 days post conference. 

After registering, attendees can expect to receive an immediate receipt of the event. Login information for the virtual platform will be sent to attendees the week prior to the conference.

CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTIONS

Cancellations received by August 5, 2021, will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee for an in-person registration and a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee for a virtual registration. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after August 5, 2021. Substitutions to this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations. Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to mmangas@NDIA.org.

Please note: Cancellation policy does not apply to exhibit cancellations; no refunds will be issued for cancelled exhibits.

HARRASSMENT POLICY 

The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women in Defense (WID) are committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological, and verbal harassment.
