The registration fee covers general sessions, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities, including continental breakfasts, breaks, and lunches and the Monday evening networking reception for Industry attendees. Government and military attendees MUST include the meal and transportation tickets if those aspects of the event are desired. The deadline to purchase a government meal ticket is September 17, 2021.
Regardless of registration type, attendance at the Clambake requires payment of an additional fee. PLEASE NOTE: For 2021, only registered attendees may attend the Clambake. No guests.
This event is classified at the SECRET level (SECRET//NOFORN). All attendees must be U.S. Citizens holding a secret clearance or higher.
Please register with a complete and accurate email address. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your registration is processed. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.
Online registration will close Monday, September 20, 2021. Depending upon capacities, onsite registration may be available.
At registration check-in, please be prepared to present the following at security and registration:
- Government: Government employee ID badge
- Industry and Academia: Government-issued form of ID (driver’s license or passport)
Each attendee will receive a name badge that must be worn at all times.

Cancellations and substitution requests must be made in writing, via email, to Andrew Peters at apeters@NDIA.org. Cancellations for full conference registration categories received before September 17, 2021, will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for this conference on or after September 17, 2021. Refunds will not be given for no-shows; if an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, they will be invoiced for payment.
Substitutions for this conference are always welcome in lieu of cancellations!
