Distribution D Sessions
Some concurrent sessions of this conference will be restricted in accordance with Distribution Statement D requirements. The material to be presented and discussed in these sessions may involve technical data that are governed by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Directive 5230.25, November 6, 1984, "Withholding of Unclassified Technical Data from Public Disclosure". Consequently, attendance is limited to U.S. and Canadian citizens and intending citizens (formerly "resident aliens") of either country who are registered with the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP).
Attendees wishing to attend Distribution D sessions will need to fill out a security form in advance of the conference. Certification for Attendance is to be accomplished by attendee's U.S. Government agency, DoD, DOE official or corporate security office by downloading the security form below and completing Section 1 in full.
Completed forms should be emailed to U.S. Army DEVCOM AC - LisaMarie Cucinella at email@example.com NO LATER THAN APRIL 25, 2022. Please note: Certification will not be accepted at the door.
Note: Attendees who are unsure if they will be permitted into Distribution D sessions should contact their employers to see if their organization has a DD Form 2345 on file. If the employer does not have a DD 2345 form, submit one as soon as possible. It may take a few months for processing and final approval.
