Registration

Industry/Academia/Small Business Registration - Please be aware this conference has a limited capacity, and registration are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to high demand, we expect the conference to reach its full capacity. To ensure equitable participation, we request each company to limit their registration to a maximum of 4 attendees. Please note that adhering to this limit does not guarantee a specific number of registrants for your company. Once the maximum capacity is reached, a waitlist will be initiated. Please note, registrations for USW Committee/Board Members, Sponsors, and Primary Abstract Presenters are not included within this limit.

DoD Government / Active Duty Military Quota Control - The number of DoD government and Active Military personnel who can attend is limited.  If you wish to attend, please contact Walter Jackson, at walter.a.jackson.civ@us.navy.mil or at 757-836-4713, to receive your registration access code.

Abstract/Technical Presenters - The primary presenter will be given the speaker rate and have a spot reserved for them. Additional presenters would need to register as Industry/Academia/Small Business/Government. Additional presenters will be subject to the above quota limits.

The registration fee covers general sessions, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities, including continental breakfasts, breaks, and lunches and the Monday evening networking reception for all attendees.

This event is classified at the SECRET level (SECRET//NOFORN). All attendees must be U.S. Citizens holding a secret clearance or higher. For additional information on passing clearances, please visit our Security Clearance Information website.
